The intention is provide viewpoints and information about the security issues and responses that our Information Risk Management group deals with on a day-to-day basis. We welcome comments and dialog on the issues raised, however, rudeness will not be tolerated.
Given that our employer is PayPal, we must note that
- we will not respond to customer issues or complaints
- there are formal PayPal channels to log and track problems
- any number of opportunities already exist on the Internet to vent about issues you may have with PayPal
